Game Selection

With such an amazing catalog of titles available at this site, you would expect to see a who’s who list of the best games providers playing a supporting role. And, boy, does this casino deliver. Microgaming brings close to 700 titles by itself, while NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, Amatic, EGT, and Wazdan each turn out some respectable numbers too. That’s not to mention that there are no less than 8 providers in the Live Casino section alone. So, let’s take each of the main categories one by one so you can get an understanding of the available games to play.

Slots and Table Games

Video slots and retro-style fruit machines make up the vast majority of the games on offer. In fact, there were more than 3,800 of them in the main Slots subsection alone at the time of writing. And with so many games from which to choose, a site really does need to have organization at the top of its agenda. Luckily, Casinoin does a great job here, with separate categories for All, Slots, Jackpot (see below for more on this), Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Poker, Instant Games, Sic Bo, and Others. And to show you some of the sheer variety on display here, these were the top seven titles in the Slots category during our review period: Book of Dead, Fishing War, Da Vinci’s Treasure, Fruit Cocktail, Wolf Gold, 7 Bonus Up, and Bonanza. So, as you can see, there are lots of different themes and game mechanics.

The Home page also has more categories for accessing curated lists from across the Casino and Live Casino sections. Up top, there’s the Recommended Games, then as you scroll further down, you will find the following subsections: Most Played, Providers, and Collections. The latter is most granular of the bunch and has options for narrowing your choices by things like Top Table Games, Japan, Egypt, Adventure, Dragons, Pirates, and so on. Plus, we have to say that this online casino carries loads of great table games – there are 38 video roulette titles alone! And that’s not to mention all of the other categories, plus the abundance of poker and scratch cards. All in all, then, the team running things at Casinoin passes this section with flying colors.

Casinoin Jackpot Slots

One other way of filtering the games that we didn’t mention above is the page specific search bar at the top of each section – the same function exists on the Jackpot page, too. Also, you can choose to only see the releases from certain games providers should you so choose – simply pick one of them from the dropdown near the top of the screen. This last feature is particularly useful for progressive jackpot games, as we’re pretty sure that a lot of players want to get to the multimillion jackpot releases from Microgaming. However, when we checked for Mega Moolah, Major Millions, and King Cashalot, not a single one of them showed up. This is a huge disappointment that we really didn’t expect to see. So, you’ll have to play some other jackpot slots like NetEnt’s Divine Fortune or Blueprint’s Genie Jackpots slot game instead.

Live Casino Games

While the jackpots section was disappointing, the Live Casino area is the complete opposite – it’s truly excellent, with a wide variety of titles from multiple different studios. For starters, you get the whole collection of Evolution Gaming’s live dealer titles, including its more TV game show-esque releases such as Deal or No Deal Live, Football Studio Pro, and Dream Catcher. These are in addition to Evolution’s near-perfect versions of roulette, blackjack, baccarat, sic bo, and various types of casino poker games. Plus, there are nearly 20 other providers on board here, so be sure to check out the competing titles from the likes of NetEnt Live, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, eBet, and XProGaming. As well as variety in the games themselves, you can easily find a table for your budget with either the regular/casual games or one of the exclusive VIP games.

Game selection at Casinoin

Having first been incredibly impressed with the category selection and general intuitiveness of the games sections, we are hopeful that this follows through across the rest of the site’s design. And we’re happy to report (with a couple of minor suggestions for improvement) that this is largely the case. At the very top of the site, you can return Home (via the logo on the left), or choose one of the main areas as follows: Casino, Live Casino, and Promotions. Then, there’s a handy search bar (which folds out when you click the magnifying glass icon), as well as your usual buttons for doing things like signing up, logging in/out, and making a deposit. Lastly, over on the right-hand side is a dropdown menu for accessing links to pages like Deposit, Game History, Transactions, Help Center, and Bonuses. So that’s everything you need regularly.

Clicking on the speech bubble icon that always hovers in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen brings up the 24-hour live chat window. You also get told how many minutes you’ll have to wait for a response – we got an estimated wait time of 17 minutes on our first attempt, but we’ve seen anything from one to 30 minutes shown at different times. Then, everything else you might need is included in the footer at the bottom of the site. The links there are shown in columns such as Information, About, and Download App, etc etc. One thing we noticed that was missing, however, was an FAQ page (more on this later). Finally, on the right-hand side of the footer, you can change the language from English into one of several tongues covering fairly large swathes of Europe, Asia, and the Americas – this is really great to see!

Mobile Casino

The Casinoin mobile casino comes in two forms. By far the easiest is simply to point your mobile browser of choice at the site’s URL and you’ll see that the whole shebang is rearranged to fit the smaller touchscreens of iPhones, iPads, and their Android equivalents. And to be honest, we found using the site in this way was perfectly fine, featured all of the same functionality (although moved to better fit the screen in places), and played the majority of games built in the last decade or so. However, if you’d rather launch an app from your home screen, then you can download the official Casinoin mobile apps for iOS or Android straight from the Home page – via links to the respective app stores, of course. Nice!

Casinoin Help & Support

The lack of an FAQ is unforgivable in our book – these pages are a godsend for new players or for those moments when you want to find out how a particular feature works, for example. However, it doesn’t exist here, so you’ll be far more reliant on the customer support team than usual – maybe this accounts for the relatively long waiting times on occasion? Nevertheless, you can always get in touch with the team day or night, 365 days a year, via the live chat window. We found the staff to be well trained, knowledgeable, and able to have a bit of fun at the same time – a triple threat! And if you have something less urgent you can always email the team and expect an answer within a couple of hours. However, there is no phone number to call, which is another downer.

Payment Methods

Choosing Deposit from the dropdown hamburger menu brings up all of your options for topping up your playing funds – plus there’s a Withdraw funds tab within the window that pops up if you want to see your options for getting ahold of your winnings. All major credit cards (and Apple Pay, too) are covered here, as well as the whole gamut of popular eWallets, online banking systems, and mobile payments. Plus, there are just shy of 20 different cryptocurrencies that you can use for either depositing or withdrawing – these include the most common ones such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, and Tether, of course, as well as a host of other options. Withdrawals are near-enough instant on the casino’s side, which is excellent to see, but you can only make one commission-free withdrawal a day – go over that and you’ll face a 5% fee.

Verifying your Casinoin Account

As is the case at nearly every online casino around the world, you will first need to verify your account by clicking on a link sent to your email. As soon as that’s done (and be sure to check your spam folder if nothing seems to be happening), you can log in, make deposits, and start playing lots of fantastic casino games. Then, around the time of requesting your first withdrawal, you will be asked to supply copies of your main form of identification (like a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) and something showing your full name and address – this can be a bank statement or a recent utility bill, for example. So, it’s not rocket science and you’ll be fine!

CasinoIn deposit methods

Offering a range of different cryptocurrencies to its players, it is no wonder that the brand owners have decided to go for the Curacao eGaming license supplied by the Government of Curacao. This reputable license and all of the oversight that goes with it mean that you’ll be in safe hands here. Plus, there’s the military-grade 128-bit SSL encryption used to stop any prying eyes from getting a look at your personal or financial data. Therefore, we felt safe and secure!

While this brand isn’t exactly huge, it more than makes up for it in terms of available games. We were truly blown away by just how many are offered, as well as the ease with which we could narrow down our choices using various filter options. A casino that accepts Fiat currencies in addition to various cryptocurrencies will appeal to certain types of players, too. There are a few negatives that could be improved, such as the sometimes high wagering, the lack of an FAQ page, and slow customer support at times, but we loved everything else that we saw. Recommended!
