CyberBingo Casino Review & Bonus Codes

CyberBingo was founded in 1996 and by the looks of it, the site hasn’t changed since that very early period when the internet was starting to come out of its shell in terms of online gambling.

CyberBingo Bonuses for New Customers

There’s plenty of bonuses reserved for new customers starting from when you sign up. The operator offers a CyberBingo no deposit bonus from time to time. In most cases, this offer consists of free spins on chosen slot games. Sometimes players get bonus funds on bingo games.

If you’re not eligible for any CyberBingo no deposit bonus codes, there’s a comprehensive welcome package awaiting you after the first deposit. But the operator tends to spread the offer over the first few deposits on the platform.

In other instances, the casino attaches CyberBingo free spins to the package. These spins are exclusive to specific slot games. Be sure to check the offer page for these spins. It’s also worth noting the maximum bonus amount claimable for the overall package is more than enough to explore the lobby. High-rollers will love this figure just as we did.

CyberBingo Bonus Terms

But what are the terms and conditions attached to the welcome package? For starters, the deposit bonuses require a minimum deposit amount to claim the offer. But this amount is higher than the industry average and just outside the fair range. Casual players will have a hard time coming to terms with this figure.

The wagering requirements, however, are fair enough. But we recommend taking a closer look at the terms and conditions page for the different game weightings. Going for the games with the highest contributions will allow you to satisfy the requirements within the shortest time.

What you may not need here is a CyberBingo bonus code to activate the offer. Still, you need to know the maximum bet amount when using the bonus funds. This information is available on the bonus terms page too.

Ongoing CyberBingo Promotions

You weren’t wrong to imagine plenty of ongoing CyberBingo promotions and CyberBingo voucher codes after using your welcome package. This operator tends to offer tournaments on specific games including bingo. Players have an opportunity to claim a share of the prize pool in these tournaments. Most of the time, the reward here is bonus cash.

Deposit matches are another form of casino bonuses customers should look forward to. Some of these offers again are specific to a game category. Therefore, you want to confirm which games you can use the bonus on.

CyberBingo free spins also make up the promotions on offer. These offers are available on particular days and on exclusive games. Sometimes the site offers the spins as part of rewards in tournaments.

Customers can also end up with cash giveaways or prize draws. The latter comes purely out of luck since you get tickets to enter the draw based on much you play on the platform. But be sure to enter the necessary CyberBingo bonus codes to activate the offers. It’s also a wise move to subscribe to the casino’s newsletter for the latest deals delivered to your inbox.

Game Selection

Slots, Table Games & Bingo

Going by the name alone, we can assume that CyberBingo games predominately fall into the bingo category. However, that would be doing an injustice to the full offering of releases here. Keno, chain reactors, video slots, and video poker contribute to the total number of available games! Although, you shouldn’t expect to find any of the more well-known studios such as NetEnt, Playtech, or Microgaming at this site. Instead, all of the software comes from either Saucify, Betsoft, Mobilots, or Vista Gaming. Nevertheless, there are still hundreds, if not thousands, of games available in total. Let’s take a look at them now…

Slots and Table Games

Choosing the Video Slots category from the Games dropdown presents you with six options for narrowing down your choices. These are All Slots, Progressive (more on this later), Exclusive, 3D Slots, 5 Reel, and 3 Reel. There’s also a search bar for finding a release by its full or partial title. Then, over on the left-hand side, underneath the main subcategories we mentioned, are a heart symbol under which you can save your favorites, as well as options to view by top-rated, A-Z, or Z-A. In addition to that, you can also choose to view Tags. And we must admit to being blown away by the sheer number of tags, from the number of paylines, reels, and so on to hundreds of themes, game mechanics, and bonus feature rounds. This is really great to see, as we are frequently let down by other casinos' lack of organizational tools!

Moving over to the other game categories, we didn’t find much to write home about. In fact, for an online casino that has been running since 1996, you would naturally expect way more games than the ones provided here. In fact, there used to be a few table games that are here no more. Live dealer tables haven't been added either! So, the rest of the game offer is made of the games we'll cover below.

CyberBingo Jackpot Slots

Equally disappointing is the progressive jackpot subsection, which can be accessed by first choosing Video Slots followed by the tab saying Progressive. We say disappointing because there are only a handful of such games and they aren't that popular. It seems that all of the games come from Rival and titles include Diamond Rhino, Strike Gold, and One Million Reels BC.

Some of the progressive prizes were over $150k, which is good. Still, that's far from the multi-million jackpots found on Microgaming and NetEnt progressives, for example. So, if you’re the type of player that likes to spice things up with a few sessions on the progressive jackpot slots in the hope of landing the big one, you’re better off looking elsewhere.

Bingo and Other Games

For a site built on bingo, we were absolutely shocked to find only a handful of games in the genre. At the time of our first visit, only three bingo rooms were available to play. These were Halloween Bingo, Nickel Bingo, and Free World Bingo. To be fair, each of these carried a progressive jackpot prize with some rather tasty numbers going up and up by the second. Unavailable to play at the time but due to open the following morning (with all times given annoyingly in the American EST, for some reason, despite us being located in Europe) were Diamond Bingo, Tourney Bingo, and USA Bingo, again each with their own progressive jackpot prize. Nice!

The other games available at CyberBingo were Chain Reactors (slots with a special mechanic that makes them go bananas every now and then) and Keno & More. There are five titles falling under the Keno umbrella, where you'll also find one video bingo game. Finally, the Video Poker section has about 15 variants of the game. So, all in all, slots are in plentiful supply, but all of the other games categories are woefully behind in terms of numbers. We would love to see some more added, but as this casino is so long in the tooth, we can hardly expect any drastic changes on that front.

Usability

We’ve got to lay all our cards on the table here and admit that this is one of the poorest sites we’ve had the misfortune to review due to the fact that it looks and feels like something created in the mid-1990s. In short, the overall design is just horrible, and our initial impressions were confirmed in particular by seeing broken images on the home page! If a site can’t even make its home page look as inviting as possible, what hope does it have against hundreds of excellent online casino designs out there? It’s a rhetorical question. (None, is the answer, by the way).

A good example of other failings comes when clicking on one of the welcome bonus banners – instead of transparently showing the deal or at least providing a link to the terms and conditions, it takes you straight to the registration page without a hint of what you might be receiving from the welcome bonus. This is just not on, and we’re pretty sure it is illegal in some countries to not have the significant terms laid out clearly for all to see. This doesn’t give us much confidence!

Running across the top of the site, you get links for Games, Promotions, Information, Loyalty, Community, and Free Bonuses (though we highly doubt the ‘free’ aspect of that last one). Feedback and Support links hover on the right-hand side – we were tempted to post our review to the former! Then, at the bottom of the site, you get a few more links to things like Bonus Terms, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming, Contact Us, and more. Though, we can’t say much more about useability other than it gets the basics done and nothing else. We’re not impressed!

Mobile Casino

Surprisingly, the entire site is mobile-friendly. In fact, the CyberBingo mobile casino offering works much better on iOS and Android devices quite comfortably. However, the same terrible design choices exist there too, including the broken images on the home page. This really isn’t a good look for the brand, and sadly it means we can’t recommend spending much time here when so many other excellent mobile casino sites exist. Seriously, you are better off going to our other reviews to discover a better standard of gaming – for both slots and bingo titles.

Customer Support

Clicking on the bright red Support button on the right-hand side of the screen brings up three options: FAQ, Help, and Live Chat. The former brings up a basic page with 25 of the most frequently asked questions, though there are no categories to help you find an answer more efficiently, and neither is there a search bar for entering keywords. So, again, there could be some improvements made here to enhance the (especially new) player experience.

These are (roughly speaking) the main categories in the CyberBingo FAQ:

  • Games
  • Account
  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Fairness
  • Legal
  • Technical
  • Bonuses
  • Responsible Gaming
  • Consent

If none of the above helps answer your inquiry, you can always fire up the live chat window from the Support button. This is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, which is nice to see. We had our questions answered within a minute or two each time, so hats off to the staff. You can also choose to email your question over to the team and expect a reply within 30 minutes or so. Again, this is excellent. Disappointingly, however, there is no phone number to call if you need to speak person to person.

Payment Methods

We were in no way surprised to find no payments page detailing the deposit and withdrawal methods along with their timeframes or fees. Even the FAQs dedicate just three lines to deposit options – and there’s a note about visiting a Funding Page for more information but no link to take you there. Essentially, you can use credit or debit cards from Visa and Mastercard, a few eWallets, or wire transfers – the standard options provided by most online casinos. It's good news that the operator added several crypto options recently, as well. These include Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, and Dogecoin. The same options exist for making withdrawals, though the processing times can be as much as 48 hours, so if you’re choosing a relatively slow method such as a bank transfer, we advise allowing anything up to seven working days before you receive your winnings.

Verifying Your CyberBingo Account

This is all standard stuff. Once you’ve signed up for a new player account, you will be sent an email to the address you supplied at registration – just be sure to check your spam folder if nothing appears after a couple of minutes. Once you have the email, you can click on the verification link inside to be taken back to the site as a fully registered player. Then, around the time of your first-ever withdrawal from CyberBingo, you will be required to email over a copy of your ID (a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card is just fine), as well as something showing your full name and address like a bank statement or recent utility bill. Simple!

Security

This online casino is regulated and licensed by Curacao eGaming, which is famous for enabling sites to accept cryptocurrency payments (as well as regular Fiat payments in euros or dollars, for example) from players across the world. So, it makes sense that this brand has gone with that license. Also, for such an aging site, we were super glad to see that SSL encryption was being used throughout, to help protect your personal and financial data from prying eyes.

Final Verdict

While we appreciated the 24-hour customer support, the inclusion of crypto deposits and withdrawals, and the filtering options for the games, we were not impressed by the rest of what this site offers to players. In fact, we found the whole experience, from the ancient design and broken home page images to the harsh wagering requirements and lack of information on these deals alarming. On top of that, there is a distinct lack of quality casino games other than slots, which really isn’t on for a brand calling itself CyberBingo. Therefore, we cannot recommend this online casino. Instead, we think you should check out our other reviews and top lists. Trust us!

Stefan

A casino that accepts btc is always an easy one to commit to. The fact that the support is around 24/7 is the whole reason why getting answers here isn't that time-consuming.

Don't think you'll be withdrawing the bonus winnings because their wagering conditions are just stupid. If it could lower than that, things would be far better than this. The website design looks poor and should be revamped if they want more players to stay. Something like this just screams mismanagement on the part of the casino. It would be nice if the casino included phone support since the live chat isn't always available for my queries.
