Apart from presentation, there’s a couple of navigational decisions that we also think could use some tweaking. While the help page gives you a useful list of contact information, there is no direct link provided to speak to the customer service team via live chat and no information given as to where you might find it. You will actually have to click on the profile icon, next to the cashier button, which will reveal a customer service button at the bottom of the list.

One other thing we thought we should mention. Entering a game actually brings up a separate window, rather than jumping to a new page, which some may find annoying. There is however something to be said for being able to play a game, while still having full control and access to navigate freely throughout the site.
