How to play

The jungle is a dangerous and scary place, but you don’t need to be particularly brave to tackle this game. The set-up here is simple, with the action unfolding on a 5x3 grid with 25 active paylines. 

To get started, players need to select their stake using the +/- buttons at the bottom of the page. The minimum that can be wagered is €0.25, and the maximum is €40. This isn’t a huge range, which could turn away some big-spenders. There is also a great autospin feature that you can set to take unlimited spins on your behalf. 

Symbols and payouts

MikoApps keeps things simple with payouts in this slot. The symbols, all of which are animals except for the logo, are split into three different categories so payouts are easy to keep track of. 

The highest-scoring set consists of the elephant, the lion, and the Back to the Wild logo. These will pay out 250x your line bet for a combination of five. They pay out 15x for a combo of four, and considerably lower at just 4x your line bet for a combo of three. 

The next group is the monkey, giraffe, and leopard, which payout 100x for combinations of five, 10x for a combination of four, and 2x for a combination of three. The lowest paying set is a collection of assorted animals including two butterflies, a pelican, a flamingo, and a parrot. Best Back to the Wild bonus feature

There are plenty of Back to the Wild bonus features to keep players engrossed in the action here. One of the central bonuses is the Power Strike feature. To unlock this, players need to secure three of the same animal on a line - these animals are the leopard, monkey, elephant, and lion, with a giraffe power strike already being unlocked. 

Whenever you manage to unlock one of these, the animal’s icon will be stored at the top of the screen. Later on in the game, the animal will appear totally at random and turn symbols on your reels into wilds. The elephant and the lion are the most effective as they turn more symbols than any of the others. 

This feature also combines with the Back to the Wild free spins game. Free spins here are triggered when three or more scatters are landed. The big difference compared to other slots is that a power strike animal will be active on every turn, turning symbols into wilds and giving you more winning opportunities. Only animals that have been unlocked will appear though. 

Finally, there is a wheel bonus game. This is launched when you manage to land three or more of the bonus symbols on the reels. As its name suggests, this is a standard bonus wheel, with players being able to land multipliers or free spins. There is also a pick-me treasure chest game within the bonus wheel where players can get their hands on cash prizes.

The Back to the Wild RTP listed as a fairly standard 95.04%. There is not any volatility information listed. That being said, we found that we secured a lot of small wins often but rarely came across any big ones.
