How to play

Fire Dragon slot is a relatively simple game and has just five paylines that are always active. Additionally, it has a traditional 3x3 grid layout with three reels and three rows in each reel. The game controls are easy to understand and you can see your account balance, current bet value, and spin buttons easily.

To change the bet value, click on the bet button. Here you can either use a slider or select from a number of pre-determined bet values. These range from €0.25 to a maximum of €100. You can also change the denomination to your selected currency, or to game credits.

If you want to play without fuss, there is a turbo spin option that makes the reel animations quicker. However, this video slot does not have an autoplay setting.

Symbols and payouts

As the Fire Dragon slot has a simple 3x3 layout, it only has a small number of symbols. In the basic paytable, there are six standard symbols. These are a single golden coin, a trio of golden coins, a lucky cat, a diamond, and the number 8. The single golden coin has the lowest payout of 5x the bet per line. Alternatively, the number 8 has the highest payout of 40x your bet per line. 

Aside from the standard symbols, there is also a wild symbol, and a scatter symbol. The wild symbol is a trio of 8’s and replaces all other symbols bar the scatter symbol. If you get three wild symbols, you also get a multiplier of 40x based on the bet per line. There is also the Fire Dragon scatter symbol. This is a golden dragon and is used to activate the bonus rounds. The fire dragon also has the top multiplier of 250x based on the bet per line. 

Best Fire Dragon bonus feature

The Fire Dragon bonus feature has two elements. First, you can win Fire Dragon free spins, and secondly, you can activate the amazing wheel of multipliers. The bonus round is triggered via the Fire Dragon scatter symbol. Three or more of these scatter symbols trigger eight free spins.

During the free spins, the basic paytable and symbols are used with a few changes. Firstly, the Fire Dragon symbol can appear on all three reels as an expanded symbol. Secondly, after the free spins have been used, if you got any additional winning combinations, you activate the wheel of multipliers. This wheel spins randomly and contains multipliers from 1x to a maximum of 5x. You spin the wheel and can potentially win a cool multiplier for your winnings!

RTP & volatility

Round Circle publishes its game RTP information so customers can know what they should get back over time. As a result, the Fire Dragon RTP is 95.20%. This is OK as we would expect video slots to have a minimum RTP of between 95-96% so it sits in-between these values. Round Circle has given this release a low volatility rating.
