How to play

When you get on the reels of the Gold of Egypt video slot, you'll find the gameplay easy to grab. This is because the game comes with a 3x5 reels set up, which is 3 reels and 5 rows, and 243 ways to win. If you want to play the Gold of Egypt slot with real money, the minimum is €0.30 while the maximum of €150 per spin. 

Afterward, you should press the Spin Button, which is the Big Red Button at the bottom-right corner of the reels. Max Bet and Autoplay options are available here, located just before and after the spin button, respectively. The autoplay would require that you set it up to 1,000 automatic spins.

Symbols and payouts

Higher paying standard symbols on the reels are adapted from this Egyptian theme. The maximum payouts are based on your total bet, except the Scatter symbol. The Mean-Looking Egyptian Princess and the Masked Staff-wielding Figure will pay 50x or 500x  coins for landing 3 or 5 matching symbols, respectively. Anubis and Scarab Beetle each award 35x or 350x coins for landing 3 or 5 of a kind, which are lowest and highest respectively. 

Eye of Horus and Crux Ansata  award minimum and maximum of 30x and 150x coins for landing 3 or 5 of a kind, respectively. For A and K card symbols, you get 20x or 80x coins for 3 or 5 matching symbols, respectively. Each of the Q or J symbols will award you 15x or 60x coins for 3 or 5 of a kind, respectively.

10 and 9 symbols award 5x and 50x coins for 3 or 5 matching symbols, respectively. The Wild, one of the Special Symbols, is depicted by a Female-crafted Gold Mask and lands on reels 2, 3, and 4. This Wild will replace all other symbols except the Scatter.

A Gold-encrusted Treasure Book is the Scatter symbol that awards 2x and 25x the bet for 3 or 5 of a kind, respectively.

Gold of Egypt bonus feature

Gold of Egypt bonus starts with the Wild Lock Re-spin feature. This is activated when the wild symbol appears stacked on reels 2, 3, and 4 covering the reels vertically. The covered reels will be locked, and a re-spin will happen after that. The other reels will re-spin for bigger wins. If the stacked wilds show up on another reel, an additional re-spin will be awarded. Your wins will be multiplied and paid after the feature.

There's also the Free Game feature that will be activated when you land 3 or more Scatter symbols on the reels. You'll be awarded 12 initial Gold of Egypt Free Spins, and the Wild Lock Re-spin feature will show up here again. While at it, you can reactivate this feature with 3 or more scatters reappearing here.

During the Free Game feature, a Wild Nudge feature can also come to play. The Wild Symbol will nudge, and the position will be covered vertically for some wins on the reels.
