It has a really simple design and anyone who has played and anyone who has played any Chinese-themed titles before is going to have a sense of deja vu. The action takes place on a 5x3 grid, with 30 paylines being active on every spin. 

Before you spin the reels, you will need to select your stake. This is done using the +/- buttons under the reels to the right. Symbols and Payouts 

There are not many huge payouts available in the Golden Dancing Lion base game. The highest paying symbol in the game is the scatter, which is a temple. Landing five of these will not only trigger the free spins round, but it will also give a 100x payout. Four of these will give a 10x payout, while three will give you 2x. 

Of the standard symbols, the titular lion is the highest paying. It coughs up 8x for five, 2x for four, and 0.6x for three. The wild symbol in the game, a drum, pays the same. Next up is a lantern and some firecrackers which pay out 6.4x and 5.6x your stake respectively for combos of five. Two golden hats and a flag then pay 4.8x and 4x each. 

All four of the game’s royal symbols pay the same amount. The Ace, King, Queen, and Jack all pay 1.6x for combinations of five, 0.4x for combos of four, and 0.2x for three. 

Best Golden Dancing Lion Bonus Feature

While the Golden Dancing Lion bonus features don’t rewrite the rule book, they do a great job of upping the ante and providing some potentially big wins. The game has two main features - free spins and a re-spin bonus. 

The Golden Dancing Lion free spins round is triggered by landing the scatter symbols. Three or more symbols will reward you with 8 spins. The spins can be retriggered in the round by landing three more. During the round, all wilds will come with a 2x multiplier. 

The bonus game is triggered when you land 6 or more of the lantern bonus symbols. These symbols will then lock in place and trigger three re-spins. Anytime you land another symbol during this round you will reset the counter to three. At the end of the round, all of the bonus symbols are added together and paid out. 

There are four jackpots that you can win in the bonus game. In order to win the mini, minor, and major, you just need to land their corresponding symbols. To win the grand jackpot, you will need to fill the grid with symbols. The payout for this is 2,000x your stake.
