How to play

First released in June 2020, the Sunstrike slot offers interesting gameplay with a striking design. One of the first things you’ll notice here is the vibrant and almost realistic background, with raging sun flares and passing asteroids. This game uses a traditional 3 by 5 playing grid, with just eight paying symbols in play and the Flare Wild as the only special item.

Symbols and payouts

Sunstrike slot fuses a vibrant and colorful theme with a straightforward set of paying symbols. As mentioned, there are eight paying symbols in addition to the Flare Wild. The symbols are available in three categories: high-paying, medium-paying, and low-paying symbols.

Under high-paying are the Blue Star and Orange Octagon which pay up to 600 and 500 credits respectively for five matches. For medium-paying symbols, you have the Red Square, Pink Diamond, and Green Diamond which add 400, 300, and 300 credits respectively for the same set of gems. You can also collect big wins when landing the Flare Wild.  Represented by a Burning Sun, the wild can substitute for all symbols and help create winning combinations. If you manage to land five of them on a winning payline, you win 700 credits. More than the payouts, landing a winning wild combo creates a visual spectacle where a solar flare covers the symbols. 

Also, they can activate the Expanding Flare Wilds feature. In this game mechanic, the Flare Wilds can appear on all reels and blanket the whole screen.
