How to play

Tahiti Gold slot uses a non-traditional reel layout and has a cascading/expanding reel feature. The basic game has a six-reel/four row configuration. After any winning combination, the winning symbols disappear, and new symbols fall into place. Also, the reels can expand to a total of eight rows which increases the ways to win to up to 262,144.

Aside from the complex reel configuration, the game has a relatively basic bet system. You can select the overall bet value by clicking on the coin icon at the bottom of the reels. Symbols and payouts

You can find 12 symbols in the Tahiti Gold pay table - a green carving, a light blue carving, a dark blue carving, a red carving, a gecko, a turtle, a hammerhead shark, a frog, a green tiki mask, a light blue tiki mask, a dark blue tiki mask, and the Tahiti gold king.

The four colored carvings have the lowest payout in the game. If you get three of these, you get a multiplier of 0.05 based on the bet value. Alternatively, the top paying symbol is the Tahiti Gold king. Six of this symbol gives a multiplier of 3.5x based on the bet value.

Tahiti Gold is also packed with unique special symbols. First we have the wild forge symbol. This can appear in reels 3, 4, 5, and 6. As it lands, it locks into position and fills any free spaces below it! Alternatively, there is the eye of Tiki symbol. This is a mystical eye symbol that causes symbols to disappear. If you get two or more eye of Tiki symbols, they link together and the area in-between is cleared for new symbols to drop in! It also adds an additional row of symbols at the top.

Best Tahiti Gold bonus feature

Avalanche Free Drops is the Tahiti Gold bonus feature. This is essentially like Tahiti Gold free spins but is slightly different. The volcano bonus symbol triggers the free drops bonus round if you get three or more on the reels.
