Twin4Timer, like several other Stakelogic releases, gives players a degree of control over how they play their game. The game has a very old-school aesthetic, with the reels being full of fruit symbols and the backdrop looking like a Vegas casino.
Don’t let this fool you though, this is very much a modern slot game. The game takes place across three rows, with four reels being active initially. The Twin4Timer slot allows players to adjust the number of reels and, in turn, paylines that are active on every spin. You can switch from four active reels with 10 paylines to up to seven active reels with 25 paylines. Each extra reel you bring into play in the game will add an extra five paylines. To get access to the extra reels, you will have to unlock them with winning combinations.
The lowest you can play the game for is €0.40, and the maximum is €250, though, this will double if you are using the Superstake up to €500. The Super Stake feature allows players to double their bets with extra features being added to the reels that we will explore later in this Twin4Timer slot review. The betting range is very much suited to higher-budget players.
Despite its old-school feel, Stakelogic has made the game playable on mobile devices. The game can be played on both Android and iOS operating systems and is available at a range of top online casinos that offer mobile play.
All of the symbols in Twin4Timer are inspired by the ones you would find on fruit-machine slots. The most valuable symbols in the game are the wild multipliers, with a 5x wild multiplier being available in the game. The highest paying standard symbol is an orange ball surrounded by gold coins. This is followed by a joker, a crown, and a seven. The lower paying symbols are all fruit - with the cherry, watermelon, lemon, orange, and pear paying out in descending order.
While the Twin4Timer bonus features don’t exactly rewrite the rulebook, they do offer some engagement and help to boost your winning possibility. Firstly, there is the aforementioned Super Stake option. Using this will add extra wild multipliers to the reels. These will land on the second, fourth, and sixth reels. They can be between 2x and 5x multipliers.
There are no Twin4Timers bonus spins on offer here, but there is the extended reel set. This is unlocked through securing winning combinations. As previously mentioned in this Twin4Timer slot review, this increases the number of paylines active in the game.
The game also has a gamble feature that is triggered whenever you land a win. This is a simple coin-flip feature where you just have to choose heads or tails to either double your money or lose it. Of course, you don’t have to take the option and can just cash your initial win.
The Twin4Timer slot has some fairly average numbers hiding beneath its reels. The Twin4Timer RTP is 95%, which is fairly disappointing. The game has been given 2/5 for volatility by Stakelogic, putting it in the low-medium category. The maximum win in the slot is a fairly uninspired 165.5x your stake. Given the information about the slot’s old-school approach provided elsewhere in this Twin4Timer slot review, players shouldn’t be too surprised to find out that this isn’t the kind of slot to boast higher payouts.
