Cyberneedle NV Casinos
The Cyberneedle operator owned a handful of online casinos which were all licensed in Curacao, as well as being powered by the CTXM software platform. As of the moment, these sites are not currently open. The company itself prefers to stay under the radar, and there is little information available on the structure of their operations, however, a lot can be taken from the casinos that they previously managed. Players were able to enjoy multiple game types and multiple bonus promotions at all their gaming sites, although US players were always restricted from signing up.

The history and current setup of Cyberneedle is still much of a mystery, but what we do know is that they did secure a gaming license in Curacao. More often than not, the registered company address will also be in Curacao, but this is not something that we can confirm at the moment. Below you can find the gaming license that Cyberneedle opted for:
To confirm the current situation, the recent casino sites under their management have now been closed down. We do know that they did tend to target different markets and while some came with long lists of restricted countries, others were more open and this ultimately came down to the business decisions for each of the casinos. In terms of the gaming experiences found at these sites, all of them were powered by the CTXM software platform while one or two casinos provided some games from Playtech, too.
The CTXM software gave players the opportunity to play both classic and video slot machines, and a small but enjoyable selection of table games including video poker, roulette, and blackjack. Also, both instant play and download platforms were available to use.

One of the main factors in why players enjoyed the casinos of Cyberneedle was down to the fact that they offered big bonuses with player-friendly terms and conditions. Both existing players and new players signing up to the sites could enjoy deposit match bonuses and no deposit bonuses were also common as well. While one or two of the bigger offers such as the welcome packages came with stricter bonus terms, this is something many casinos often do to safeguard against potential bonus abusers. Lastly, on the subject of promotions, there was no sign of any network promotions being run across their casino sites.
One feature in which their casinos did lack in quality was the customer support as there was only ever the email option available, as they decided against using live chat. This was likely to be an operational decision to reduce extra work for their casino teams, but it meant that players were left to wait to get the assistance that they needed. Payments were well covered though and both bank card and e-wallet options were available to players with reasonable transaction times, which again alludes to the fact that Cyberneedle’s teams were managing the whole process internally.
