Technology and iGaming content supplier EveryMatrix has announced its investment in LL Lucky Games AB. Lady Luck Games is an upcoming Swedish gaming studio that is bound for listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in June.
EveryMatrix, while announcing the investment made in Lady Luck Games, didn’t disclose financial details about the investment. However, the leading iGaming content supplier stated that Lady Luck Games would have access to its proprietary RGS (remote gaming server) Matrix. This will allow the Swedish firm to create and distribute its releases to a wider audience.
Lady Luck Games will look to take advantage of EveryMatrix’s 13 markets where it’s already licensed. With these markets, the Swedish company will gain quick entry into regulated markets. RGS Matrix will handle all compliance issues.
Lady Luck Games was established in 2019 and it focuses on creating online casino content. The game studio is preparing for its listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market that will happen on June 23, 2021. The company joins other game studios such as JVL, Wild Boards, FunFait, Spearhead Studios, and FlipLuck as clients of RGS Matrix.
Mads Jørgensen, Co-founder, and Chief Executive at Lady Luck Games expressed his satisfaction at partnering with EveryMatrix. Mr. Jørgensen said that the partnership will be crucial in the company’s creation and distribution areas.
Ebbe Groes, Chief Executive at EveryMatrix said that the next generation of games lies in the partnership with Lady Luck Games. According to Mr. Groes, the Swedish game studio has what it takes to become a leader in the online casino content space. He also singled out the part RGS Matrix technology will play in Lady Luck Games’ expansion.
In addition to helping the Swedish firm expand its presence, this partnership will also allow EveryMatrix to grow in the US. The company completed an application to acquire a license to operate in New Jersey. This means EveryMatrix has complied with all requirements including those touching on key officials and the business. What remains is to go live but that will have to wait for the nod from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement regarding operator clients integrations.
Mr. Groes concluded by saying that the addition of Lady Luck Games content to the RGS Matrix is a massive boost. This comes as the company seeks to get a piece of the ever-expanding US market.
