Oryx Gaming Goes Live With Grand Casino Baden in Switzerland

Oryx Gaming continues its expansion into the growing Swiss gambling market by going live with the Grand Casino Baden. Oryx, which is owned by the Bragg Gaming Group, agreed to a deal with the operator earlier this year and the rollout has now begun.

A Step Forward for Oryx Gaming

The Grand Casino Baden was the first online operator to receive a gambling license in Switzerland. Since then, it has established itself as one of the most reputable and reliable brands in the country.

Its online brand Jackpots.ch has become a popular extension of its product. As the first online casino in the country, securing a partnership with it is seen as a big step for Oryx Gaming.

Oryx Gaming will provide its content using its remote gaming server partner, GAMOMAT. Customers using Grand Casino Baden online operations will be able to play top GAMOMAT titles like Royal Seven, Ramses Book, and more. Oryx Gaming has a fantastic selection of titles up its sleeves, many of which include innovative bonus features and big payout opportunities.

A Difficult Market

Securing a deal with the Grand Casino Baden will be seen as a big move for Oryx Gaming and the wider Bragg Gaming Group. Switzerland has notoriously strict gambling laws but it is also seen as a market with a lot of potentials.

The country legalized online gambling licenses in 2018 but it has not been too forthcoming with its licenses. At the time of writing, there are still only nine operators that are allowed to provide online gambling services in the country.

Bragg Gaming sees Switzerland as a key market. It is not the only country they have focused on though, with the company securing several deals throughout what has been a very busy 2021. For example, at the start of December, it went live with White Hat Gaming in the UK, another key market.

A Mutually Beneficial Deal

Bragg’s Chief Commerical Officer, Chris Looney, spoke with positivity about the move. They said that the key to establishing yourself in any market is working with reputable brands. They believe that this is what their deal with the Grand Casino Baden achieves. They described the company as one of the country’s strongest operators.

They also added that they were proud of the content that their company provides. Stating that they believe its products will do well in a market that is well-known for its strict guidelines and its high standards.

Chief Gaming Officer at the Grand Casino Baden, Brian Christner, said that they believe Oryx Gaming is a brilliant partner to help the company continue to expand on its strong start in the market. They added that their goal is to make sure Swiss players have access to the best online content available.
