Premium content provider, Skywind Group announced the completion of acquiring Intouch Games Group. The acquisition of the award-winning tech company allows Skywind to further expand its presence in the UK and Europe at large.
Intouch Games Now Part of Skywind Group
Skywind Group prides itself in developing high-performance iGaming content and solutions for various regulated markets worldwide. Some of the markets the company is present in include Latin America, Asia, and Europe. Slot games, live dealer releases, and sports are what the company’s portfolio boasts. This is in addition to various engagement tools.
Acquiring Intouch Games falls in line with its growth strategy as this will now expand its footprint in the UK. On top of that, Skywind will also add to its portfolio by adding slot and live casino games, currently, the company offers over 200 live casinos, slots, and engagement tools.

Starting over a decade ago, Skywind employs over 500 professionals in its various offices across the world. The company has a presence in Australia, Cyprus, the Philippines, Romania, Malta, Ukraine, Belarus, and the UK. One of the reasons the company shot to popularity is its business-to-business iGaming solutions provision to various partners in the iGaming industry.
These partnerships have seen the company acquire 7 licenses in over 19 regulated jurisdictions worldwide. In total, Skywind has over 250 customers and partners with over 1,000 operators.
Intouch Games started operations in 2001 and fast became an industry leader winning several awards in the process. The acquisition of Intouch Games will significantly increase Skywind’s workforce. Intouch already has over 500 professionals working for it in various countries including Vietnam, Cyprus, the UK, Romania, and Taiwan.
Recent Milestones by Skywind Group
Earlier in May, Skywind announced its entrance into Portugal. This is one of the fastest and largest-growing European markets. Just before that, Skywind launched its new online slot game called Teller of Tales which features growing multipliers.
The company also partnered with Livespins to power the company’s streaming platform using its premium games. Livespins is a socially-powered casino games platform. It allows players to watch other streamers play the latest titles. But its main focus is on making gambling more social by allowing players to play, watch, and communicate in real-time.
