Online casino players and poker fans in Ukraine are in for a treat. BetConstruct’s VBET brand has just secured licensing approval to offer its services in the country from the KRAIL. The deal is a notable one as it will be the first poker license handed out in the country.
Historic Moment for Gambling in Ukraine
The Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, made gambling in Ukraine legal for the first time in a historic bill issued at the end of 2020. The new law allowed gambling, poker, lottery, and sports betting. It does, however, only allow casinos to be open within hotels in the country.

But, Mkhitaryan remains ambitious, saying that ‘even for us, the sky’s not the limit’.
