William Hill Announced as Betting Partner of The Grand National
William Hill has confirmed that it has signed a three-year deal as the official betting partner of The Grand National. The deal will also see the popular UK operator be the named sponsor of three races during The Grand National's three-day event.

The Grand National is the biggest horse-racing event in the UK calendar, and one of the most iconic horse races in the world. The Grand National event occurs from April 13th-15th at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. The Grand National race takes place on the final day, April 15th.
William Hill is synonymous with horse racing in the UK, and the operator will run a non-runner, money-back promotion for the event. It is also likely to run a range of different promotions and bonuses in the lead-up to the race.
The popular UK bookmaker will be the named sponsor of three other races during the Grand National festival. The Grade 1 William Hill Aintree Hurdle on April 13th, the William Hill Handicap Hurdle on April 14th and the Grade 3 William Hill Handicap Chase on April 15th. The latter of these is the race that comes directly before the Grand National. Randox, a global healthcare provider, is the named sponsor for The Grand National race.

In a statement on its official website, William Hill has expressed its delight with the deal. Daryl West, the company’s Head of Sponsorship, Social & PR, described The Grand National as a pinnacle of the National Hunt Calendar. They added that horse racing is a vital part of their company’s heritage and that sponsoring the event was an easy decision.
Dickon White, Aintree & North West Regional Director for The Jockey Club, also spoke about the deal. They said that William Hill is synonymous with horse racing in the UK, further reinforcing Daryl West’s comments. They finished by saying that they were thrilled that William Hill would be involved with the race for the next three years.
