How to play

As we’ve already mentioned, Myths of Bastet is not a traditional slot game. It is made up of one reel with five rows, there are also two extra rows at the end of the reel, but these only become active during the game’s free spins round.

Just because it looks different though, doesn’t mean it plays any different. All players need to do to get things rolling is to choose their stake and hit the Spin button. Symbols and payouts

All of the symbols on the reels are taken from Ancient Egyptian mythology and are tied in with the central theme of the game. The lower paying symbols in Myths of Bastet are four Stones - the Blue and Purple ones are the lowest, with a maximum payout of x50 if players score seven of them in the bonus round. The Green and Yellow stones will pay out x75 for the same combination. All of these will pay out an x1 bonus if you land three of them. 

Next up there are the three high symbols - a Golden Scorpion, a Snake, and a Crocodile. Each of these pays out x2 for a combination of three. The crocodile is the highest symbol on the board, paying out x500 if you land seven of them in the bonus round. Players can access the game’s pay table from the settings menu at any time if they need to check the value of the symbols. Thanks to the one-reel set-up though, it doesn’t take too long to learn what is what.

While it’s not exactly full to the brim with special features, there is still a lot to enjoy here. The Myths of Bastet Free Spins round is triggered when players manage to land three or more of the Scatter symbols on the reel. The Scatter symbol in the game is represented by Bastet herself. When this round is triggered, the sixth and seventh spots on the reel open up, allowing players to score big wins. To make this round even more appealing, players can trigger more than the 10 initial free spins by landing more Scatter symbols on the reels.
