ComeOn Bonus for New Customers

There is nothing that thrills gamers more than the promise of a good welcome bonus. So, can a ComeOn welcome offer live up to expectations? Well, the first thing you have to know is that this operator usually creates simple and straightforward bonuses that speak to wide gaming audiences. On top of that, it tends to make the deals as easy to claim as possible – thus, even if the operator asks you to enter a ComeOn bonus code, you won’t have any difficulties in finding it. Plus, we at GoodLuckMate do our best to list all the latest coupons.

The ComeOn new customer offer on this site is frequently a deposit deal. In case you have no clue what it is, allow us to explain. You top up your account, apply a code if needed, and the company adds a little bit extra to your playing balance. Truth be told, this tends to be the most popular type of deal among gamers of all kinds. No wonder, then, that it is often featured in the ComeOn welcome bonus. One thing to keep in mind is that this bonus is not always available to all gamers. You can find a list of restricted countries in the bonus terms.

Bonus Terms

The majority of players won’t be surprised to learn how any ComeOn Casino bonus codes given to them have certain rules. Bonus terms are a set of instructions that explain how to use the bonus money before a withdrawal of winnings can take place. In this part of the article, we will list the most relevant guidelines to help you understand what’s what.

The majority of bonuses provided are based on deposits. The ComeOn no deposit bonus is something that is not given out easily and can be considered a rare sight. Even so, the top-up the company asks for probably won’t break the bank. On most occasions, this brand has one bonus for all types of betting. Still, it’s worth keeping in mind that the rollover requirement is frequently determined by the type of betting that you choose to do.

Normally, all gaming and betting genres available have quite reasonable wagering requirements. In addition to that, the deadline imposed on a ComeOn Casino bonus gravitates toward the longer end of the scale compared to other ones in the industry.

Please understand that sports punters have to take care when placing qualifying bets, while casino gamers should focus on qualifying games. The odds limits imposed here are sometimes slightly higher than usual, but the variety of games that count toward the rollover requirements is in line with what you might find elsewhere.

Ongoing Promotions

Now let’s talk about ComeOn promotions, shall we? These deals are sometimes available to customers who choose to stick around for a while, and may or may not ask for a ComeOn voucher code

The number of ComeOn deals is determined by your location. The company typically offers classic casino bonuses on deposits, free spins, free bets, special bonuses for live gamers, and sometimes even some generous cashback deals.

In case you don’t see any promotions or ComeOn free bets available, you can always ask customer support for more information on when more casino bonuses will be introduced to you. On top of that, you can subscribe to the casino’s newsletter and notifications to stay up to date 24/7. If you don’t do so, you might miss out on a cool ComeOn promo code!

Game Selection

There are three main categories of games at ComeOn!, and these are Casino, Live Casino, and Odds. As with all online casinos, it's slot machines, and more precisely video slots, that make up the largest part of the selection. This category at ComeOn! Casino also includes a variety of jackpot games. Plus, their sportsbook offers a better-than-average selection, so this one might be worth a visit.

Slots and Table Games

Of the more than 1,600 different casino games at ComeOn!, about 1,500 of them are slot games, and these are mainly classic slots or video slots. There are some other exciting variations, including automated games, and for the most part these consist of table games and video poker. You’ll also find other types of games, such as bingo. If you want to test out a game without risking any of your own money, you can play for free by choosing to play with demo money. Simply click on the three dots located to the right in the game to choose between real money play or the play for fun mode.

Although the selection of games at this casino is already more than adequate, it continues to grow. With several game developers contributing to the selection, new games are constantly being added, and an estimate of around 10 new games per week is probably not far from the reality. In addition to having all the latest titles, you can play all the old favorites, like Jack and the Beanstalk, Gonzo's Quest, Starburst, Book of Dead and Big Bad Wolf, to name just a few. In addition to these games, which are from developers like NetEnt, Play'n GO and Quickspin, you can also find games from Yggdrasil, ORYX, Big Time Gaming and Nolimit City, among others. A great feature you’ll probably like is that all the games are also labeled by game developer, and this allows you to search for the game maker in the search box.

Jackpots at ComeOn!

The selection of jackpot games at ComeOn! Casino doesn’t offer you much to select from - there are only 11 different games in this category. However, quantity is not everything, especially in this category, because the specific roundup of games they do have that come with a progressive jackpot is a more important factor than the sheer number they have on offer. Fortunately, ComeOn! has chosen to bet on quality instead of quantity because the relatively few jackpot games we find include all the big progressive jackpots from Microgaming and NetEnt! This means you can play Mega Moolah, Major Millions, Hall of Gods, Arabian Nights, Mega Fortune and Mega Fortune Dreams. In other words, the only slot machines with a jackpot that are missing are games with smaller local jackpots.

Live Casino Games

ComeOn! Live Casino is another category where this gaming operator has chosen to go for quality rather than quantity. For their live table games selection, they’ve chosen to work with only one game developer: Evolution Gaming. Thanks to this manufacturer’s massive selection of table games with a live dealer, ComeOn! is able to offer an ample selection of these games. Not only does Evolution have a range of different games to offer, many of them are also offered with live dealers who speak different languages.

The tables you’ll find the largest selection of are roulette and blackjack. These two casino games are, of course, offered in the classic versions of European Roulette and American Blackjack, but that's not all you’ll find. French Roulette, Double Ball Roulette, Single Deck Blackjack, and Double Exposure Blackjack are just some of the other variations you can try your hand at.

Sportsbook and Betting

Slot machines and table games might be the most popular games at ComeOn!, but if you also like to bet on odds, their sportsbook is something you should check out. Here you’ll find two main categories: Sports and Live Betting. So, the choice of whether you want to bet pre-match or live is up to you. The range of odds is relatively broad, and ComeOn! Odds has chosen to divide their odds into 29 different categories, which mostly consist of different sports.

One of the fastest growing sports categories in terms of odds is e-sports. CS: GO, League of Legends, Dota 2 and Starcraft are the four different games for which odds are offered. Apart from e-sports, there are other, more alternative types of sports and events to bet on, such as virtual sports and politics.

Usability

The entire comeon.com website has recently undergone several changes. The site now looks good and is much easier to navigate than before. There is a separate page where you can easily get an overview of promotions and offers. Plus, the store where you can spend points is also one click away. Hit on the 'Support' button on the upper right corner and the live chat window will open. This is another usability segment the operator has improved over the years. Bravo!

When it comes to finding games, they haven’t gone out of their way to make this easy, because the only search function to be found is in the category called All Games. In addition, there are only seven categories to choose from in the casino itself: Explore, All Games, Jackpots, Hot, New, Favorites and Recent. The last two aren’t really categories that they’ve set up either since these consist of the games you’ve recently played or the games that you have marked as favorites. In other words, there are no filters to help you sort games by game type, except for jackpots. At least, there's now a handy search bar that lets you browse games by title.

Mobile Casino

When playing from mobile or tablet, you can use the regular website since it will automatically adjust to fit your screen size. The vast majority of features and games are available from ComeOn! mobile casino, but there are some shortcomings too, unfortunately. For players in most countries, it’s also possible to access the mobile casino by downloading a free ComeOn! app. The app is almost identical to the mobile version of the website, so the usability is more or less the same.

Customer Support

If you click on Customer Service in the upper right corner of the page, you’ll get a pop-up that gives you the choice of either searching the FAQ or contacting a customer service representative. If you choose to contact someone, you can either start a live chat or leave a message. The latter option is basically the same as sending them an email, and you’ll then receive a reply via email.

Unfortunately, as we mentioned a little earlier, we’re not very impressed with the ease of use of the help features. In the ComeOn! FAQ, there’s no overview of common categories of questions or anything like that; you simply have to enter a question or topic yourself and see what pops up. In our experience you get better results by searching for only one keyword rather than searching for a whole sentence or question.

ComeOn Casino Help Support

Payment Methods

Something we don't like at all at ComeOn! are the fees for deposits and withdrawals. There are fees for almost all deposits, unless you choose to deposit large amounts. For example, there’s a 2.5% deposit fee for deposits with cards, unless you deposit €250 or more. If you choose PaysafeCard as your deposit method, you can expect to pay as much as 5% in fees for your deposit. The best casinos don’t charge a fee for deposits, so ComeOn! is really disappointing us quite a bit here.

Withdrawals are something you might also incur fees for. All players receive 2 free withdrawals per 30-day period, but additional withdrawals beyond this will cost you €5. Two free withdrawals is relatively skimpy to start off with, but on top of this, the fee they charge for extra withdrawals is also a good deal higher than it normally is at other casinos that charge these kinds of fees. This means that you should rather make a couple of bigger withdrawals a month instead of withdrawing small amounts frequently.

Verifying Your ComeOn! Account

The good news for all players is that verifying your gaming account is something you get points for, and that means you can work your way to a bonus by simply doing something that all players at every casino must do at some point. The actual process of verifying your ComeOn! account is similar to other online casinos, since they will request documents to confirm your identity, your address and possibly your payment methods. When you are required to do this, you’ll be notified, and you can then upload your documents right on the website.

Security

Players from several different countries can play at ComeOn! because this online casino has licenses to offer real money games in a number of countries. However, the license they use for players from unregulated markets is the one issued by the Malta Gaming Authority. The MGA license safeguards your rights because it imposes strict requirements on all casinos that want to offer legal gambling to online players in countries where there are no local gambling licenses to be had. One of the things this license is best at is ensuring secure money transactions and privacy.

All the games of chance you’ll find at ComeOn!, including automated and digital games, are fair, thanks to a random number generator. With this, you’ll always be sure you have the same chances of winning as any other player. You can see your theoretical chances of winning (which are shown as the Return To Player, or RTP) in each game by checking the information associated with it. Just remember, this is something based on the average of many, many game rounds and it's not necessarily accurate every time you play. In order to win sometimes, you'll also have to lose at other times.

Final Verdict

There are several things we like at ComeOn!, and what we probably like best is their loyalty program. Having the option of choosing which bonuses you prefer is a big advantage since this means that both high rollers and low rollers can choose the bonuses that best suit them. Otherwise, we also like the games selection, and we especially like the fact that there’s a sportsbook in addition to the regular casino games.

Unfortunately, there are also some things we don't like very well. First, the user-friendliness of the site is far from optimal, and their recent layout updates have made it much more difficult to find your way around than it was before. This may be particularly noticeable when you’re trying to decide which games to try and when you’re looking for information on the help page. The fees for deposits and withdrawals are another thing we wish they’d get rid of.

I've spent most of my time in the video slot and live casino sections, but only because they included 3D variants and live blackjack respectively. In the case of live blackjack, I've found a variant tailor-made for low rollers. There's also a Sportsbook here, though I'm not too much of a fan. Sure, the welcome bonus is lucrative, but the only reason why it qualifies as that is because of the wagering requirements. I'm happy that I don't need to wager the winnings more than 35 times. The mobile casino is quite nice, because most games have been ported over to the platform. In addition, games load up quickly enough on my iPhone X and there's been no crash to date. The presence of live chat is quite reassuring as I know answers are just minutes away. I've used them only once here and the agents were friendly throughout. Not to mention, they provided actually useful answers.

In terms of usability, this casino doesn't score plenty of points since navigating around to find even my favourite games is quite a hassle.

If you don't mind playing jackpots, I recommend you visit that section first. I've won €67 playing Hall of Gods, which for a first-timer at this casino, isn't bad. As for the video slots collection, I've found plenty of variations ranging from 3-reel to 3D titles, though I've only been playing the latter. Whenever I'm bored of the casino though, I go to the live bet section to have fun. The wagering requirements don't seem all that harsh since I'm only expected to wager my bonus winnings 35 times and I'll be able to withdraw it. Navigating the website is a breeze, and despite the fact I've been playing on an old Android smartphone, I haven't encountered any lag till date. The live chat is the fastest out of the options I found for contacting the customer support.

The FAQ section isn't the most complete, which is why I avoid it entirely. Their verification process is time-consuming, taking almost three days before I got a confirmation that my account has been verified. Also, the verification pops up when I want to make a withdrawal.

The first thing I like about this casino is the customer support, which I would call flexible enough. There's the live chat option but why I use it is because it's available 24/7.The range of games available is extensive and I say this because I've found my favourite 3-reel video slots. Gods of Gold, for instance, has paid €27 so far. There are some jackpots available too, but I haven't had the time to go through them yet. While there's the option to download the ComeOn app, I prefer to play through a browser due to two things. The first one is that I get to save space, while the second is that I get to access more games on the web-based platform than the casino app itself.

The FAQ page is frankly a mess that I would prefer to avoid if possible. The first two withdrawals on the casino are allegedly free of charge while others after it incur €5 on my part. They sound like a ripoff.
