How to play

Bananas Go Bahamas is one of the oldest Novomatic slots around, and in many ways, it does show. To get started, players will need to select the number of credits they want to wager on a line, and how many lines they want active for each spin. The minimum amount of credits that can be wagered is one, while the maximum is 100. There are nine lines available and players must choose how many they want to have active by using the + or - buttons. 

When you have done this, all you need to do is hit the spin button and cross your fingers. The game also has an autospin feature. For this feature, you don’t need to select how many spins you want the game to take, just hit the button and then click stop when you’re finished. 

Symbols and payouts

Bananas Go Bahamas video slot has a very old-school and fun aesthetic. The action takes place on a tiny little island in the middle of the ocean, with a range of different anthropomorphic pieces of fruit making up all of the symbols in the game. 

The highest paying of these symbols is the titular banana who will pay out an exceptional 9,000x your line bet for a combination of five. This is also one of only two symbols that will pay out for scoring a combination of two - awarding the player 10x their line bet for this. 

Next up are the strawberry and the watermelon, which payout 750 for combinations of five respectively. The pineapple and coconut are next-in-line and they pay out 400 and 250 respectively. Ace and King payout 125 for lines of five, while 10, Q, and J all payout 100 for the same combo. Finally, the lowest paying symbol in the game is the number 9, this will also payout 100 for a combination of five, but it also pays out 2x your line bet for a combination of two, which is the lowest amount that you can win in the game. 

Best Bananas Go Bahamas bonus feature

There is not a huge selection of Bananas go Bahamas bonus features to choose from. The main feature is the free spins round. This is triggered whenever a player manages to score three or more of the scatter symbols on the reels. What is impressive, however, is the number of free spins you will trigger. The game will reward you with 45 Bananas Go Bahamas free spins, though these can not be retriggered.
