How to deposit with Dotpay

In order to make a deposit via Dotpay at an online casino, you have a variety of choices. First of all, you need to find a suitable site supporting this payment provider, as it is relatively rare compared to other methods – and note that since Dotpay’s merger into Przelewy24 was completed, most sites show the Przelewy24 brand instead. Cash: One of the unique features of Dotpay is that you can also make online payments with cash. When selecting cash payment, you’ll be supplied with a QR Code. You can present this code at one of the partnered retail stores where it will be scanned and your cash payment collected. Many gas stations and supermarkets in Poland support this method. It is important to know that this feature is exclusively available in Poland at the time of writing.

Paysafecard: Paysafecard is a voucher card that can be obtained in several outlets or online. The voucher code on this card can be redeemed through Dotpay without any issues.    

How to withdraw to Dotpay

Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw any of your winnings through Dotpay at the moment. This functionality might be added in the future but is not available at any online casinos right now. For that reason, you have to default to other available alternatives when you want to cash out. In most cases, you can make a withdrawal to your bank account. This is relatively easy. You simply visit the cashier and select the respective option. In the next step, you can enter the details of your bank account such as the name of the bank, the name of the recipient (your name), the IBAN Number, and the BIC number. Once processed, you should receive your funds within three-to-five working days.
