How to deposit with Dotpay

In order to make a deposit via Dotpay at an online casino, you have a variety of choices. First of all, you need to find a suitable site supporting this payment provider, as it is relatively rare compared to other methods. Once you found a suitable online casino, you simply sign up and visit the cashier as normal. Select Dotpay as a deposit option and chose the amount you would like to deposit. You’ll then be forwarded to the Dotpay interface. Here, you can select a wide variety of options to finalize your transaction through this payment service provider:

Credit Cards: You can use a regular credit card to deposit. Dotpay supports almost all commonly used cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diner’s Club, and more.

Bank Transfer: It is possible to use a regular online banking transfer through this system. You will be forwarded to your online banking account. Follow the regular instructions and finalize the payment. Note that not all banks are supported, however. It is mostly only Polish banks that can be used with Dotpay – however, there are also a few international options.

Web Billing: It is possible to be charged through your mobile phone using this option. The payment will simply be added to your next mobile phone bill. Currently, only T-Mobile is supported but there are more and more services being added to the web billing function.

Cash: One of the unique features of Dotpay is that you can also make online payments with cash. When selecting cash payment, you’ll be supplied with a QR Code. You can present this code at one of the partnered retail stores where it will be scanned and your cash payment collected. Many gas stations and supermarkets in Poland support this method. It is important to know that this feature is exclusively available in Poland at the time of writing.

Paysafecard: Paysafecard is a voucher card that can be obtained in several outlets or online. The voucher code on this card can be redeemed through Dotpay without any issues.

How to withdraw to Dotpay

Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw any of your winnings through Dotpay at the moment. This functionality might be added in the future but is not available at any online casinos right now. For that reason, you have to default to other available alternatives when you want to cash out. In most cases, you can make a withdrawal to your bank account. This is relatively easy. You simply visit the cashier and select the respective option. In the next step, you can enter the details of your bank account such as the name of the bank, the name of the recipient (your name), the IBAN Number, and the BIC number. Once processed, you should receive your funds within three-to-five working days.

If you made a deposit at the online casino with another payment method, you might be able to use it for a withdrawal. This can include credit cards or eWallets such as Neteller, PayPal, Skrill, and MuchBetter. This largely depends on the online casino. We recommend checking with customer support in case you are unsure what options will be available to you for a cashout.

How to verify your account

Dotpay can be used entirely without verification as it is mainly utilizing other payment methods. Please keep in mind that, depending on the type of payment method you are using, some additional verification might be required on that end.

Limits and fees

Dotpay itself does not apply any fees for its customers on any transactions. It is the online casino that will be charged for providing this service. However, it is not uncommon for casinos to transfer these fees onto their players. We, therefore, recommend checking the cashier for possible fees before making a deposit. And if you can’t find any information there, it is always a good idea to clarify the situation with customer support ahead of time.

How high these fees are likely to be can vary from casino to casino. Most of them don’t charge their players at all, some charge a small flat rate per transaction of around €1, while others might charge a certain percentage.

The deposit limits depend mostly on the online casino, too. You can find this information in the cashier, through customer support, or via the FAQ section of the site. There can be additional limits due to the nature of Dotpay’s flexible payment system. For example, the web billing functions through your mobile phone provider might be limited to a certain amount per month or per transaction.

Dotpay bonus at online casinos

In most online casinos, the welcome offer is the best bonus you are going to get. This makes sense because it is the best way for brands to introduce new players to their site. In order to receive one of those lucrative bonuses, you’ll have to sign up to the casino and make a deposit. Most of the promotions are valid for all payment methods. This also includes Dotpay. However, in some cases, only specific deposit methods are eligible for certain types of bonuses. Please refer to the bonus terms and the general terms and conditions of the casino to make sure that your Dotpay deposit will qualify for some extra bonus money or free spins.
