How to Play

The design of the game is all about the lavish lifestyle that is lived in Monaco. The slot has an almost comic-book style look to it, with several characters and brightly colored cars populating the reels. There is nothing particularly sophisticated about the set-up though, with the game taking place across a standard 5x3 grid.  

Players can adjust the stake in the game using the +/- buttons, with the minimum wager being €0.20 and the maximum being €60, which will suit those playing on a higher budget. The slot also has an autospin option, which automatically gives 20 spins. Sadly, this isn’t adjustable so you have to stop it yourself if you want to prevent any losses, for example. Symbols and payouts 

There are 11 symbols in the game including the scatter and the wild, neither of which have any payouts for winning combinations. The highest paying symbol in the game is a yellow car which pays out 62.5x for five, 6.25x for four, and 1.25x for three.

Next up are two male characters – a blonde-haired one that has a passing resemblance to Owen Wilson and a darker-haired one. These payout 20x for five. Two women are next, paying out 12.5x for five. The spades and hearts are the highest of the card symbols, paying out 6.25x for five. Finally, the hearts and clubs are the lowest paying symbols, paying out 5x for five, 1.25x for four, and 0.25x for three.

Best Monaco Fever Bonus Feature

The main Monaco Fever bonus feature is a mystery prize round. To trigger this, you need to land three or more of the necklace scatter symbols on your reels. When this happens, you will be presented with six golden vaults, each of which contains a different prize. These prizes include a 5-10x total bet payout, 10 or 15 free games, or 5 or 10 super games.  

During the free spins round, it is not possible to trigger any extra free spins. As for the super games, during this round, all of the lower-paying symbols are removed from the slot. While this doesn’t guarantee any wins, it does ensure that any wins you do secure are going to be higher.  

There is also a cash bonus that can provide players with a 3x-25x payout at random. When this happens, a red car just drives across the front of the screen.  

Finally, during our demo play of the game, there was a promotional free spins round available. For this, players are rewarded 10 free spins for every 100 spins of the base game they take. There is only a limited number of free spins available though and it is not clear how long this runs for, or how often it takes place.
