How to play

One of the reasons why Reactoonz is fun and different from your basic slot games is its gameplay. The slot is played on seven reels and seven rows, with no paylines. It uses the cluster pays gameplay, which means that as long as matching symbols are clustered together on the reels, you get the payout.

The cluster means that there are five matching symbols touching each other horizontally or vertically. The unique gameplay also means that when these symbols in the cluster offer a payout, they disappear and new symbols drop in. This can form another winning combination without even having to place the bet.

The betting range of the slot is between €0.20 and €100, superb for low and high rollers alike. It also features an autoplay feature for spinning the reels on the go.

Symbols and payouts

There are up to eight alien symbols on the reels of the Reactoonz slot all offering rewards for landing between five and more than 15 symbols in a cluster on the reels. There are no special symbols offering bonuses on the reels.

The highest paying symbol is the bright purple alien offering 750x, 50x, 20x, 8x, 5x, 3x, 2x, and 1x your bet for landing 15+, 12+, 10+, nine, eight, seven, six, and five symbols in a cluster. Then the light green alien will give you 300x, 25x, 10x, 4x, 3x, 2x, 1x, and 0.80x your bet.

Next is the orange alien with a payout of 150x, 10x, 5x, 3x, 2x, 1x, 0.80x, and 0.60x your bet when you hit 15+, 12+, 10+, nine, eight, seven, six, and five symbols in a cluster across the reels. There is also the blue alien with a reward of 75x, 5x, 3x, 2x, 1.50x, 1x, 0.70x, and 0.50x your bet.

The slot also features lower paying symbols which are one-eyed aliens. The dark purple and brown alien symbols will give you the same pays of 10x, 3x, 1x, 0.80x, 0.60x, 0.40x, 0.20x, and 0.15x your bet for landing 15+, 12+, 10+, nine, eight, seven, six, and five symbols on the reels.

Finally, the light green and yellow alien offer the same rewards of 3x, 1x, 0.80x, 0.60x, 0.30x, 0.20x, 0.15x, and 0.10x your bet.

Best Reactoonz bonus features

Now, we have the highlight of the slot that really sets it apart from other games, and that’s the Reactoonz bonus features. Apart from the cascading reels during the base game, the slot features different random bonuses that one can enjoy.

For one, there is the Quantum Leap feature. You add to the Quantum Leap meter any time you land a win, and once it is charged, you get any one of four random bonuses. They include the Implosion feature that turns up to six symbols into wilds and removes adjacent symbols and the Alteration feature which transforms one single low paying symbol to a high-paying one in all instances on the reels.

Then, the Demolition feature removes the low paying symbols from the reels and the Incision feature cuts a wild into the center and creates two diagonal lines with the same symbol on the reels. Unfortunately, there are no Reactoonz free spins, as such.

If you fill all the charge meters, you unlock the Gargantoon feature which adds a 3x3 wild symbol on the reels. With each cascading win, the wild becomes two 2x2 symbols and then nine 1x1 symbols. If you have a non-winning spin, the Instability feature is triggered and it simply gives you up to eight wilds on the reels.  

We have the Fluctuation feature which is when one random low paying symbol is chosen during each spin. If it forms a cluster, it adds two wilds to the reels.

Finally, the Giantoonz feature is triggered when four matching symbols in a cluster square shape appear. The symbols will join to become one 2x2 symbol and you get a 2x multiplier.

RTP & volatility

The Reactoonz RTP is set at 96% which is right on the average level. It also has high volatility, but top wins that may not come as often.
