The big orange/blue PLAY button is hard to miss once the main screen in the Rio Bingo game loads. However, you should decide on the number of bingo cards that you will use and the size of the bet before you hit the button. As we said in the introduction, you can play with up to 12 cards. It’s perfectly fine if you want to play with one card. You can also choose from a few different prices of cards – from €0.10 to €1.5 per card. So, the highest amount that you can use per spin when all cards are active is €18.
Players can also use an Auto-play feature where they can select the number of auto-bet rounds and apply limits if needed. On the left side of the screen, there’s a question mark button that contains information about the gameplay.
The Rio Bingo game comes equipped with 90 different symbols. These are actually 90 balls that hold numbers from 1 to 90. Each ticket contains three lines and each line has nine cells. Five of these cells hold numbers. So, there are 15 numbers per card.
Each card pays a win on one line, two lines, or a full house. These cards offer random prizes. 45 balls are drawn from the machine. They are displayed in three waves that contain 15 numbers each. They are marked with different numbers on the board located in the upper right corner. A winning card will be highlighted, so you can’t miss your winnings.
As for the payouts, we have mentioned that each card has random payouts. Yet, a one-line win is usually around the size of the price of the ticket you’ve selected. A win with two lines promises a prize worth at least two times the size of a one-line win for that ticket while a full house is worth four or more times.
Just like many other bingo games on the Internet, this one doesn’t have special features. So, there’s no Rio Bingo bonus feature here – no Rio Bingo free spins, Rio Bingo mini-games, nothing like that. The only thing that might be different from similar online slot games is the fact that you can play with a dozen tickets per draw.
We should also mention that you can alter the size of your bet which affects the size of the prizes. When you are using the maximum bet and you have 12 cards in play, you can win up to €9.000, but only if all the bingo cards you’ve selected are winning cards.
We must say that the Rio Bingo RTP is below average. While the industry average is between 90% and 95%, this game has an RTP is 85% which is decent but lower than most online bingo games. The volatility on the other hand is on a medium to a high level. With this game, you will get a fair number of wins with relatively high values.
