As alluded to earlier, it seems Big Time Gaming decided to take its conspiracy escapades to the Egyptian side in this new slot. You’ll spot various pyramids behind the reels with golden beams shining their light towards the sky. The infinite land progresses into the horizon, signifying the land’s limitless potential. 

Yet again, the Australian-based developer partnered with the British rock band, The Cult, to make the design a success. As such, you’ll hear their jam ‘She Sells Sanctuary’ in the background.

Symbols and Payouts

This Sanctuary online slot game consists of up to 14 symbols, most of which appear in the base game. During your gameplay, the basic paying symbols might formulate winning combinations and/or the specials might activate the bonuses.

According to the game’s rules, payouts are presented for 3+ of the same (or 2+ of the most valuable Pharaoh), landing from left to right regardless of size, starting from the furthest left reel.

Full Reel Wilds

The Gold and Purple Wilds only land in the base game and count for all basic symbols. They land as full reel wilds on columns 2 to 5 only. All wins with Purple Wilds will be multiplied by 8x. 

Sanctuary Free Spins

Seven (7) free spins are awarded for 3+ Scatters. Before entering the bonus games, the Free Spins Gamble Wheel will appear for a chance to play the rounds with up to 4 mini-slots!

Choose Collect to start the free plays on one grid. However, if you pick Gamble, it spins the wheel, where a successful spin awards 2 video slots. You can play another gamble to up the video slots to 3, and then 4.

The Final Thoughts

Let me start by mentioning how the theme used in this Big Time Gaming slot isn’t original. But it was innovative to spice it up with a hint of cultism, thanks to the famous English rock band, The Cult.

But it’s safe to conclude that, finally, I’ve found an Egyptian slot that breaks the bare minimum of free spins with special expanding symbols. Instead, a plethora of features, including free spins, wild reels, multipliers, free spins gamble, and win exchange, are available to enhance your overall experience.
