How to play

The theme of Bugs N’ Out may be very zany and out-there, but the gameplay mechanics are far from this. To get started, just click on the little coin icon and choose your stake. This is a fairly limited game when it comes to stake sizes, with €1.50 being the minimum and €60 being the maximum, which is a very restricted amount.

Symbols and payouts 

The symbols in Bugs N’ Out video slot really are a lot of fun. They feature a selection of bugs in amusing poses, often using everyday pieces of litter in an innovative way. The payouts are calculated in coins and the coin value is your total bet, divided by 30. The highest paying symbol is a slug using a bottle cap as an umbrella – this pays out 1,000 coins for five, 300 coins for four, and 50 coins for three. Next up is a grasshopper and a bug using caps for weights, these pay 500 coins and 300 coins for five respectively. A wide-eyed bug flying around wraps up the premium symbols at 200 coins.

The lower paying symbols are made up of the standard royal symbols. For five, you will get a 150 coin payout, for five K’s you will get 100, for Q you will get 75, and finally, for J, which is the lowest, you will get 50 coins. For four J’s you will get 10 coins and finally, for three, you will get 5, which is the lowest paying combination you can score in the slot.  

Best Bug N’ Out bonus feature

Multislot isn’t breaking any boundaries with the Bugs N’ Out bonus features here. The only real bonus in the game is a free spins round. As is standard, this is triggered whenever players manage to land three or more of the scatter symbols, which in this case, is the big-eyed bug from the game’s logo. Five of these will reward 40 Bug N’ Out free spins, four will give you 20, and three will give you 10, which is the lowest amount. The free spins feature can be re-triggered.

The Bugs N’ Out RTP is listed in the game as 96.61%. There is no information in the game or on the website regarding the volatility of the title. When playing, we found that wins did not come along very often and that the free spins round was not that easy to trigger.
