How to Play

Platipus games always feel very simple and easy to play, and Da Ji Da Li is no different. The slot takes place on a standard 5x3 grid with 10 active paylines. For each bet, the player must have a coin on all 10 lines. The minimum coin value is €0.01, which is a €0.10 total bet, while the maximum is €1, which comes to €10 across all of the lines.

Symbols and Payouts 

There are ten symbols players will need to get used to in the Da Ji Da Li slot game. The highest paying is the dragon, which pays 5,000x your line bet for combos of five, 500x for four, 100x for three, 10x for two, and 2x for one. 

This is followed by the waving cat which pays 2,500x your line bet for five. A bat and a carp are next, both of them paying 1,000x for combos of five. The Ace and King are the two highest-paying royal symbols, paying 500x and 300x your line bet respectively for five. 

The Queen and the jack symbol are next, both paying out 200x your line bet for five. Finally, the 10 and the 9 are the lowest paying symbols. These pay 100x for five, 15x for four, and 5x for three. 

Best Da Ji Da Li Bonus Feature

Platipus has not been particularly innovative with this slot, and there is a lack of Da Ji Da Li bonus features on offer. The first feature you will probably encounter is the double payouts for the wild symbol. Any winning combinations with a wild will be given a 2x payout. 

The game does have a scatter symbol, but landing it will not trigger any Da Ji Da Li free spins. Instead, you will need to land them across the 1st pay line, the one through the middle of the grid, in order to win one of four jackpots. The highest paying Da Ji Da LI jackpot is the grand, which pays 15,000x your line-bet, the major and minor follow, paying 3,000x and 1,500x your line bet respectively, with the mini being the lowest, paying 300x. 

To win the grand, you will need five across the middle line, and this then decreases by one for each of the other three jackpots. 

RTP & Volatility

The Da Ji Da Li RTP provided by Platipus Gaming is set at 95.25%. The game is given a medium volatility rating. During our gameplay for this Da Ji Da LI slot review, we found that we were unable to secure any big wins, with the lack of bonus features definitely being felt.
