How to Play

The design of Dark Mystic is solid. The game has fully embraced its mystical theme and it feels like something of a cross between Harry Potter and Game of Thrones. A mystical dragon is at the heart of the game, and he also provides it with some really cool visuals and animations as well. Outside of the design, the gameplay itself is very simple.  

The fun takes place on a 5x3 grid, with 10 adjustable paylines. When you first start playing, you will need to choose how many paylines you want to have active. You will also need to select your coin value and your bet per line. Overall, the lowest you can wager is €0.01, which can be placed on just one line. The maximum you can stake is €15 when you have all ten lines active.

Symbols and Payouts 

There are 11 symbols that players will encounter in this video slot, including the dragon wild symbol. The highest paying standard symbol in the game is the treasure chest, which pays out an impressive 500x your stake for combinations of five. For combos of four, players will get 50x their stake and for three, they will get 10. The next highest paying are the two witch characters – these payout 125x for five. A flaming ball spits out 50x for five, and a sword is next with a 15x payout. The Ace and King then pay out 10x. The three lowest paying symbols are the Queen, Jack, and 10. These payout 8x for five, 2x for four, and 0.5x for three, which is the lowest you can score for a combination.

Best Dark Mystic Bonus Feature

One area where the slot doesn’t really excel is the Dark Mystic bonus features. The main feature comes from the dragon wild symbol. At random intervals in the game, the dragon will fly across the screen and turn an entire reel wild. It’s always cool seeing dragons fly around and it can also lead to some big payouts, so we can’t complain too much.
