Symbols and Payouts

Don’t be fooled into thinking this game has limited action because it only has 7 standard symbols.

It has various other feature symbols hidden within the paytable, but I’ll look at them later!

Feature Shelf

A 6x2 feature shelf appears above the primary reels. A Frog symbol in the primary grid interacts with the symbol at the bottom of the feature shelf on its column.

Some feature symbols are activated on the shelf while the frog pulls others down. Depending on the feature, the frogs may turn wild, jump on a lily pad, or remain after interacting with the Frogblox bonus symbol:

• Blocker symbol activated in the feature shelf, causing an avalanche.

• Bomb symbol activated on the shelf, removing all blockers from the shelf and triggering avalanches in all affected reels.

• Symbol Multiplier pulled down from the shelf is applied individually to all payouts and wilds on the frog’s column. They are additive if more than one is applicable for an identical icon.

• Global Multiplier pulled from the shelf is applied to all payouts for the entire round. They are also additive.

• Extra Drops are pulled from the shelf and activated after the avalanche. The feature shelf persists during the extra Frogblox free play drops.

• Both Ways remain active until a right-to-left win lands.

• Big Symbol triggers a 2x2 win or wild covering the frog’s position. If a big icon lands on another big symbol, the existing one breaks into smaller 1x1 symbols.

• A Frog symbol on the primary reels activates its counterpart on the feature shelf. The frog on the shelf interacts with all feature symbols except bombs, blockers, and other frogs. It’s then pulled into the primary reels. 

While on the main grid, the frog may interact with any other higher in its column, which, in turn, interacts with all feature shelf symbols like the frog symbol above. Further, it can move a Lily Pad to another position and reactivate from there.

Frogblox Free Spins (Drops)

You receive 6 free drops after removing all blockers from the primary reels in normal mode. The remaining extra drops and current active global multiplier spill from the base game into the bonus round. Then, the extra drops are added to the free drops.

Both the feature shelf and collected Both Ways feature persist during the free drops. If all blockers disappear during the bonus, they reactivate +6 free drops!
