Symbols and Payouts

A total of ten regular symbols make the paying collection in this reel machine. The paytable displays all the fourteen icons alongside their functions and corresponding payouts. Manage wins when you accumulate three to five matching symbols on consecutive positions. The symbol combinations must traverse from left to right to be eligible for payout. The payout values in the paytable reflect the set stake values.

In the Mental slot, the Organ symbols of Phalanges, Lungs, Heart, Brain, and the Eye form the lowest ranking icons. Land three to five of each type for wins between 0.1x and 1.25x the total bet size. Different Patient symbols ranked from five to one are the premium symbols. They pay between 0.4x and 5x the current bet.

Best Mental Bonus Feature

1-13 reels positions randomly receive a Fire Frame in the main game. Any icon that lands within this frame will split into two parts.

The Dead Patient feature activates when two corresponding dead patients land on the reels. One of the symbols reveals a random multiplier worth up to x9999. The multiplier reflects the symbol count on that column.

The Enhancer Cells land at the bottom of columns two and four. This Mental bonus feature activates with 4-6 fire frames, respectively. After activation, they reveal:

• Patient – one of the five patient icons.
• The regular dead patient icon.

The xWays feature reveals three identical symbols barring the Scorpion, Spider, and Dead Patient. Further, it expands the column’s height. If more than one xWays symbol, all will reveal a one-of-a-kind icon.

The xSplit will divide one icon on every column and double the icons. Also, it splits itself into two wilds.

The xNudge Wild always nudges to become fully visible on the reels, increasing the win multiplier by x1. Several wild multipliers add to each other for a total value.

Trigger the Mental Transform mode when you collect spiders on the 2nd and 4th columns. Then, the spider converts to xWays, xSplit, Dead Patient, Wild, or Patient icons.

You can manage either of three Mental free spins modes:

• Autopsy – worth eight bonus games, triggered by three scorpions. Every scorpion with a Fire Frame awards +1 game. Sticky fiery frames land on up to five random positions per spin.
• Labotomy – three scorpions and a spider in the main game award nine bonus plays. They can also trigger during Autopsy games with one spider. Every fire-framed scorpion and spider receives a +1 spin. Also, sticky spiders will launch the Mental Transform. Each dead symbol presents the “highest” multiplier on display plus the symbol count.
• Mental – in the main game, three scorpions and two spiders award 10 free spins. Landing one and two spiders during the Labotomy and Autopsy games upgrades the remaining games to this category and awards +1 and +2 spins, respectively. Every spider or scorpion with fiery frames gives a +1 spin.
