How to play

Star Frenzy uses a simple 5x3 reel layout with 5 reels and three rows visible on each reel. The game controls are incredibly simple, and you can select autoplay by clicking the A icon next to the spin button. This opens a pop-up box where you can select the number of spins from 10 to 1,000. You can also stop the spins at a set win value, or a set loss value.

For bet values, you can change both the coin value and the line bet. The coin value can be altered from 0.01 to 0.10, and the line bet can be changed from 1 to 30. Your total value is then calculated by multiplying the coin value, by the paylines (fixed at 20), and then by the line bet. Therefore, the max bet is €60, and the min bet is €0.20.

Symbols and payouts

Star Frenzy has a small paytable with just eight symbols. These are all different fruits that have cool animations and smiles as they bounce around the reels. The different fruits are a turquoise berry, a blueberry, an orange, a melon, a strawberry, a raspberry, and a pear. 

Of these, the turquoise berry is the lowest paying symbol (yes turquoise berries do exist before you Google them!). If you get 3x of this symbol, you get a multiplier of 2x based on the bet per line. Alternatively, the pear gives the largest payout and if you get 5x of this symbol, you get a multiplier of 400x based on the bet per line.

There is also the star wild symbol which appears on reels 2, 3, and 4. This symbol substitutes for all other symbols, and as you will see below, it is used for the respin bonus feature.

Best Star Frenzy bonus feature

Unfortunately, you cannot win any Star Frenzy free spins. However, there is a Star Frenzy bonus feature, which is called the frenzy wild feature. If a golden star appears on any reel, it turns into a sticky symbol and stays in the position. This then triggers a respin. You can earn up to nine respins!

Once the respin has occurred, the star symbol will expand to the closest position that does not contain a star symbol. It will continue expanding until all the reels are filled with star symbols. Throughout this respin feature, the spins are free. Therefore, you could class these as free spins – just a different type! The star symbols will remain until the respin feature has finished. This feature will result in the best wins and some cool jackpots.
