How To Play Stock Market
If you don’t know anything about the stock market - you can still enjoy this game. I just had to put that out there! Despite the business-like theme, this one can be a lot of fun and it’s very simple to play. Think of it as a coin flip-type game, where you are just betting on two potential outcomes.
The objective is to predict whether each round (trading session) will finish either above or below the initial stock value. Whilst you are playing the role of a trader, real-life stocks aren’t involved. So you don’t need to do any prior research.
Simply place your bet and wait for the game to begin. Value changes are displayed as a chart which rises (green) and falls (red). This creates some great anticipation and when the session ends, the final percentage will be displayed. This will indicate what you have won, or lost.
Place Your Bets!
The betting range is superb and you can go in at just €0.10 or up to a whopping €10,000. So there’s something to suit all pocket sizes.
You’ll place your bets by making a selection from the chips 0.10, 0.50, 1, 2, 5, or 25. There’s a countdown timer which once expired, closes the betting time. During this period you’ll also need to decide whether to bet on ‘up’ or ‘down’. Unfortunately, you cannot place a chip on either option, so it's all in for either red or green.
The portfolio feature serves as a store for all your wins, losses, and bets. If this reaches zero then funds will be transferred from your main balance to top this up and bet with.

I’d love to be able to let you know all about the bonus features, but there aren’t any. Stock Market is a really simple game where you bet on a 50/50 outcome to each round. Perhaps Evolution could have factored in some bonuses but I think that this would take away from the theme. Think more about business people in power suits than 3D images with lots of lights and colors.
Evolution has built a bet statistics feature into the game. This allows you to see details of total wagers and total players who placed on the up/down positions. There’s a helpful result stats feature with four different views available too. You can access between 10-50 of the last game rounds played, for analysis purposes.

The game is super fast-paced. Within the short betting time, you have to choose and place your bets on the up/down position. As well as opting to cash out your portfolio or not. I’ve been hotly anticipating the release of this game as it sounded so different from anything that Evolution has so far produced. How did it meet my expectations? Well, I love the concept but I was expecting a bit more. Whilst it’s been slotted into the live casino game show category, it should go into another IMO. A human dealer is doing their thing, but they are just chatting with players. There’s no wheel to turn or buttons for them to press like in Red Door Roulette for example.
Having said all that, this is a very simple game to play and the layout gets a 10/10 from me. It’s clean, attractive, and user-friendly. You certainly don’t need to know anything about trading to enjoy it.
Overall, I’m not sure Stock Market will be enough for the more seasoned players. Does it have enough to keep them coming back for more? The lack of bonus features might make it seem a bit boring. And the max win isn’t that huge either though the RTP is very good. For fresh-faced beginners, it would be a great starter game for getting into the live casino scene.
