Leap Gaming Enters Romanian Market

Leap Gaming continues its expansion into licensed markets by securing a license to operate in Romania. The company confirmed in a press release on its website that it had been given a Class II license from the Romanian National Gambling Office.

A Strong Start to 2022

The announcement about the Romanian license is the latest in a string of big announcements that Leap Gaming has made. The company has hit the ground running in 2022. It confirmed it had received a license to enter the Swedish market just a few weeks ago, and it has also entered markets in Greece and Spain in recent months. 

It’s not just licenses that have kept Leap Gaming busy at the start of 2022. The company has also confirmed a string of partnerships. This includes notable relationships with Playtech and Video Slots. 

The company has hopes to continue expanding, with key European markets being in its sights. Leap Gaming has not confirmed with any operators that it will be working within Romania at the time of writing. Given the quality of its slot games though, it is safe to assume it will not struggle to strike lucrative deals. 

Leap Gaming is not the only company to have entered the Romanian market in recent months. Endorphina, another top developer, also made a move into the market by signing a deal with Favbet, a top operator in the country.
