Relax Gaming Signs Deal With Holland Casino
Relax Gaming has confirmed that it has signed a deal with Holland Casino. This comes as the Netherlands’ Remote Gaming Act comes into force. Relax’s complete portfolio will now be available to players in the country across all of Holland Casino’s platforms.
A New Era in Dutch Gambling Regulation
Holland Casino is one of the most popular casino operators in The Netherlands. The company was one of the first 10 to be granted a license under the new Remote Gaming Act and it owns 14 casinos in the country.
Relax Gaming will now provide its full portfolio for players in the country through Holland Casino. This includes a variety of content that is supplied through third parties. The move is all part of Relax Gaming’s plans for global expansion, with the Netherlands being identified as a key market this year.
Holland Casino has been busy rounding up deals in preparation for the launch. The casino signed its first deal with an operator, Playtech, all the way back in 2015. As a dominant force in the Dutch gambling scene, it is constantly looking to diversify its portfolio.

The popularity and influence of Holland Casino have not gone unnoticed. It was noted by Relax Gaming as one of the key reasons for their partnership. Daniel Eskola, COO at Relax Gaming spoke about this. They said that working with one of the most popular casinos in the country is hugely advantageous for the company.
They went on to say that the collaboration between the two parties is a testament to the quality of their services. Further adding that one of the goals is to make tailor-made content for the Dutch audiences.
Jeroen Verkroost, the Digital Transformation Director at Holland Casino, also spoke about the deal, praising the work done by Relax Gaming. They said that the company has high expectations for the partnership and that it knows Relax Gaming will deliver.
Players in the Netherlands have been waiting several years for the launch of licensed iGaming content in their country. The act was postponed a number of times before finally being passed into law earlier this year.
